Booking conditions

Reservations are only permitted 3 days in advance and after payment of the full amount.

Services

All bookings include accommodation only. No meals are included.
It is possible to include breakfast, costing €10 for adults and €5 for children.
Cleaning is not included in the price. If you want daily cleaning, it costs €20 per day.

PAYMENT

At the time of booking, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation

The reservation can be canceled, free of charge (with refund of the amount already paid), up to 15 days before the date of the visit. Cancellations less than 15 days before the arrival date, or if the guest does not show up on the scheduled check-in day, will not result in any refund of the amount paid, with the exception of the security deposit which will be fully refunded.

Pets

No pets allowed.

Geonature has a free private car park for guests. We advise you to leave your vehicle locked. We are not responsible for damages caused to third parties, theft or robbery related to vehicles.
The car park has 2 chargers for electric cars.

Damage caused or missing objects

We reserve the right to charge any damages that are intentionally caused by the customer, presenting the appropriate invoices with the values ​​of the respective objects to be charged.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside all apartments.
